The weight loss phase aims to enhance fat loss by inducing ketosis, a safe and natural metabolic state where the body utilizes stored fat as its primary source of energy, achieved by limiting carbohydrate consumption. You will continue in phase I until your desired weight loss objective is attained.

Regular follow-up sessions, conducted weekly for a duration of two months or longer, are intended to oversee the reintroduction of carbohydrates and track weight changes.

Throughout the initial 12-month period after reaching stabilization, your coach & clinic will continue to provide guidance & support. It is highly recommended to maintain regular communication and updates with your coach during this phase. For individuals in the Maintenance stage, it is strongly advised to partake in two semi-annual "tune-ups" to optimize long-term success.
